Brad, a licensed Realtor for over 25 years, is a numbers guy. Coming out of college with a double major in accounting and economics, Brad is detail oriented and an experienced negotiator. Prior to getting into real estate full time, Brad was involved in a couple different manufacturing operations where he gained experience negotiating union labor contracts. Candi is young and energetic with abundant sales and marketing experience and a real computer whiz, that's why our marketing pieces, both digital and print, are exceptional. She has a keen eye for decorating and has taken it a step further by becoming an Accredited Staging Professional. Candi McCarthy
Candi was born and raised in NW Ohio. She graduated from Evergreen High School in 1993 and attended Lourdes College in Sylvania, OH. Prior to selling real estate Candi worked in sales for a local promotional marketing company from 1998 - 2002.
In 2002 she began working as a marketing assistant for Brad Crown and other Top Producing agents within RE/MAX Central Group. In 2004 she became a licensed Realtor and worked as a licensed assistant to Brad. Within a year Candi decided to do it full time on her own and she hit the ground running. Despite being a new agent and entering the business during a 40 yr. market low, she was not to be denied and in 2006 Candi achieved the Toledo Board of Realtor's "Award of Distinction", a level of success most agents will never see. And she didn't stop there; she's gone on to similar levels of success each year culminating in being named "Life Member of the Board's Million Dollar Club" in 2008! Candi's dedication, passion and determination to her profession is undeniable.
On top of working fulltime as a listing and selling agent Candi and her husband John are raising 4 children. She also finds time to be a very active member of St. Joseph Sylvania Parish & School.
